Dental information

Website content is educational and is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for an examination by a qualified dental professional. Reading this site or sending an inquiry does not establish a dentist-patient relationship. Treatment recommendations, availability, fees, offers, insurance participation, and membership eligibility are confirmed with the practice.

For a dental emergency or a private health concern, call our office. Do not use the general contact form to send sensitive health information.

Outside services and links

Booking, patient portal access, forms, maps, social links, and other tools may be supplied by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the content or availability of websites we do not control.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, photographs, logos, and other site materials belong to Plaza Family Dentistry or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial use. Please ask before reproducing or distributing its materials.

SMS terms

If you opt in to Plaza Family Dentistry texts, you may receive appointment reminders, marketing messages, and two-way communication at the number you provide. The practice’s current SMS terms state up to four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for support. You must be the owner or authorized user of the number and at least 18 years old to opt in. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
